The capsule dormitory had a spacious layout and good air conditioning. The shared shower facilities were limited and often busy.

the concrete flooring woould definitley make taking off your shoes a royal pain while entering the capsule, and one locker for two people? ? I almost gave a good review until I realized I didn’t even receive a complimentary snack for the inconvenience. such a disappointment at Guesthouse Azito, truly shocking.

Cozy ambiance with friendly staff.
The room had an unpleasant smell, possibly from a pest spray. The furniture was not well maintained, as evidenced by the stained table. Additionally, the dinner options nearby were quite limited, especially on Wednesdays, resulting in a frustrating dining experience.

cozy atmosphere, spacious apartment, nice balcony
The uphill trek from the station felt impossible!!! A taxi would save the struggle. Stained table and soft mattress could use immediate addressing!!! Lacking proper storage in the bathroom for clothes was a hassle!!!

The apartment at Guesthouse Azito was spacious and featured a kitchenette and a balcony, making it suitable for work-related stays. Although access from Hakone-Yumoto station was challenging with a steep incline, the helpful receptionist assisted with my luggage. The apartment's overall ambiance was pleasant, and despite the absence of a TV, the setting was conducive to relaxation after a long day.
The uphill walk from the station was quite strenuous.
